• Media – Gillian is the Northern Ireland Media Correspondent and has written numerous articles in sports and health magazines. She is a regular columnist for the Belfast Telegraph and a contributor for BBC Radio Ulster. (link)

• Gillian was the Lead Dietitian for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) managing a team of staff to bring the Healthy Heart Roadshow across Northern Ireland, 2011.
