So, what does the 121 Dietitian Care Home assessment provide?

• Menu analysis – standard, diabetic and puree menu’s or menu’s specific to the residents- random days selected.
• Upwards of 75 meals and snacks analysed via a computer programme
• Findings including macro and micronutrient provision discussed
• Recommendations and guidance provided if necessary in the report to assist RQIA inspection
