121 Dietitian was founded in 2009 by UK leading Dietitian Gillian Killiner to provide tailored nutritional advice and services to clients and the corporate sector. After spending 12 years in the NHS as a specialist Dietitian, Gillian realised there was a need to offer patients detailed bespoke advice and offer businesses a way to improve staff well-being.
The tailored advice provide is reassuring in a world that revolves around fad diets and conflicting inaccurate information. The 121 Dietitian team are acutely aware of how multiple factors impact on health, and thus always have their clients; dietary, health, economic and well-being interests at heart. They not only provide this unique nutrition service in Belfast but also world-wide and they won an award back in 2010 for being so innovative!

Gillian qualified with a Masters Degree (MSc.) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland 1997.
Her specialist training was in The Charter Mark award winning Dietetic Department at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital, London. Her successful career spans throughout Hospitals in Northern Ireland, specialising in; Respiratory, Cancer and Haematology.
After starting a family in Northern Ireland, Gillian decided to set up her Dietetic Consultancy Service in Belfast to be able to blend her wealth of knowledge with family life.
Gillian fully understands about restrictions people face in their lives, as her mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when she was aged just 5. Gillian herself has Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition that she successfully manages medically and nutritionally and now helps and guides others.
